Introduction

Mobile gold dry washing machine is reasonably designed, and it could work independently very well . This machine could help obtain high grade gold sand from low-grade placer gold on large-scale at one time, even without water and electricity supply. This machine consists of feeding system, screening system, separating system and dust collecting system. The genset will be equipped to supply electricity for the whole systems. All devices of this machine are integrated on a highly-strengthened mobile platform, so it could be moved to different places at any time if needed.

The sand which contains gold is conveyed to the feeding system by the truck; then the sand is fed to the vibrating screen by the feeder, which helps get rid of bigger size gravels, while the rest goes to the rotary drum screen.

The rotary drum screen sifts out 4 kinds of materials according to the particle sizes, and the biggest size materials are abandoned, while the other 3 kinds of materials go to the separation process separately.

During the separation process, the adjustable-frequency blower supplies air-flows with different speed and quantity; due to the specific gravity and particle size differences of the sand and gold, the effects of gravity force, wind resistance and wind thrust force to the sand and gold are also different, the displacements of the sand and gold are therefore different in the horizontal direction. Thusly, the division plates could separate the sand and gold out.

Finally, the sand is carried away by belt conveyor, while the gold sand is piled in the sinking chute, and could be cleaned up timely.
