The gear transmission device of the roll crusher mainly consists of fixed roller, dynamic roller, transmission shaft, main engine, chassis, covering shell and long gear covering shell. The roller crusher is powered by the V-belt pulley on the motor, and through a couple of middle reducers, it drives the fixed roller to spin, and relying on the long gear pulley installed on the other end of the fixed roller, the dynamic roller is driven. The two rollers of the roll crusher are moving towards each other for squeezing materials.

　　1.Roller crusher is made up of scroll wheel, bearing, compaction and adjusting device.
　　2.The adjustment of discharging particle: It has wedge or gasket adjusting device, and on the top of wedge has adjusting bolt. when adjusting bolt draws up the bolts, wedge can separate active roller from fixed roller, so that the gap between two rollers is bigger and discharging port is bigger. When wedge moves down, the gap between two rollers is smaller. Gasket device can adjust the discharging particle through the number and thickness of gasket. When adding the number of gasket, the gap is bigger, otherwise, the gap is smaller.
　　3.Driving structure is rotated through scroll wheel which is moved by triangle belt with two motor. The material comes out from the bottom of machines, after they are crushed by rollers.
　　4.The rotating device needs to install safety guard according to the real case.
